The implementation and development of an integrated management system makes it possible to standardize processes within the company, clearly assign responsibilities, prevent risks, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes. This creates conditions for effective work on projects, well-coordinated interaction of employees, both in project teams and between departments.
The integrated management system of Astanastroyengineering LLP replaced the previous quality management system. It was developed and certified initially in 2006 and has been recertified every three years.
